Reminders

Another important automated features is the ability to automate the sending of reminders.

At the time of adding an event, charge or appointment you can use the cog/advanced button to access the reminder feature.

Once a reminder has been turned on, the system will automatically email or text (sometimes both) the individual to remind them that they have a scheduled reminder.

  • One day ahead of time.
  • Three days ahead of time.
  • Seven days ahead of time.

Depending on which/any/all options were chosen when the date was added.
